I just came across a 25lb bag of smaller onions for $4.29 today at NPS Marketsquare in SLC, Utah. I'm going to store them in panty hose with a knot between each onion. I just read online they should keep for 8 months this way in a cool dark place. Yay! We'll be set for awhile!
